N95 Masks

The Public Health Agency of Canada, as well the British Columbia Centre for Disease Control have advised that all persons should be wearing a mask that offers better filtration, and face seal compared to a cloth mask.  This is to help control the spread of the Omicron Variant of SARS-CoV-2 virus that is the cause of COVID-19.  Ideally, the recommended to use is one that is rated at 95% efficiency for particulate that is 0.3 microns or larger.

Trowelex carries a stock of KN95 rated masks, which have been confirmed by Health Canada to meet the 95% filter efficiency standard as recommended, however, these are compliant with other jurisdictions, and do not have the NIOSH designation.  Health Canada has provided temporary approval for the sale and use of these face masks.  We procured these in the initial stages of the pandemic as most NIOSH approved products were being diverted to Healthcare use.  For many, this is an approved option.

Trowelex also carries a selection of NIOSH approved N95 Masks, Including the all new, Canadian made, 3M 9205+ Aura; Moldex model series 2200, and 4200, and for smaller persons, a limited stock of 3M Model 8211s.  All our N95 masks are fully NIOSH approved. Always in stock, and always a fair price.  Contact us for more information using the chat window at the bottom of the page, using our contact form, or call us.
