Trowelex Rentals has been in business for 54+ years, and is currently hiring for the position of Bookkeeper. This person will primarily responsible for accounts receivables, Bank reconciliation, cheque processing, Daily auditing, aged account collections, occasional customer service, and other administration tasks. Our business is fast-paced, and dynamic, dealing with a variety of industries.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience using SAGE accounting products (formally Simply Accounting), Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Candidate must also be willing to undergo training for our Rental Management Software which is cloud based.
We are looking for someone with good organizational and time management skills, and able to meet deadlines consistently. We also require someone who is able to function in a highly dynamic environment.
